This is one of the more unique and interesting pieces I've found lately. It's a cape that is reversible from a blue and tan woven cotton to a purple embroidered satin. The cotton may look like burlap but it is actually quite soft to touch, it is not a burlap or hessian style material. It has braided trim around the neck that extends to just above the waist with small blue beads at the ties. Back hem is straight, front hem dips to a point. There are side openings for hands/arms. Technically the hook/eye, the trim and ties are sewn on the cotton side but the cape is definitely reversible. In very good condition, the satin side shows a bit of fading that shifts the color in places to more blue, it is visible in the photo. 

There are no tags. No idea how old this piece is. It was obviously handmade / home sewn. There is no stretch to the fabrics. Please refer to measurements.

This coat has been in my personal collection for at least 20 years. 1950s black wool with brown genuine mink fur collar. Fully lined in black rayon satin. Very small side pockets, big enough for your car keys but probably not for hands. Raglan style bracelet length sleeves. Original buttons and a hook/eye at the fur collar. In excellent condition.

Made by Sycamore for Vandervoort's, a local Saint Louis Department Store Chain. Has USA Union tag. No size tag. No stretch. Probably best fit up to size large at the most, maybe better for a medium, with clothing layers. Wonderful 1950s Chinese Mandarin style jacket in ice blue satin brocade with a delicate pagoda pattern. Frog style fabric buttons up the front. Fully lined in blue satin. And the lining is hand stitched. In very good condition, there are a few small marks hidden in the pattern and very light fade on the shoulders. The top button loop is a bit frayed.

There are no tags. The fabric and lining looks and feels like silk but it is more likely made of rayon. No stretch!!  Probably best fit for up to a size Medium with room for layers of clothing.

Vintage late 1960s winter coat with fur trim. Double breasted with very nice corded fabric covered buttons. Lovely curved detail at the cuffs. The collar and cuffs are covered in genuine fur. Bracelet-length sleeves. Front flap pockets and back-side vents. Knit exterior fabric, and fully lined in satin. 

This coat comes from my personal collection. It was purchased by my grandmother in 1969 and probably worn only a few times at the very most. It is in perfect condition. It will be packed inside a cloth garment bag for storage. 

Only tag says "A Pacific Fabric." No size tag. Please refer to the measurements listed below, taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate. 

Please be sure to leave enough room to wear winter clothing layers. This may measure a 46 bust but your actual bust measurement will need to be smaller. This coat best fits up to a 40-42" bust around the fullest part, with additional clothing layers.

Cute 1970s vintage blazer in a rich marsala velvet with a dotted geometric print by F. A. Chatta Ltd. Button front, pockets and lined in acetate. This jacket is in good condition, there is just al little wear on the elbows, see last photo.
